Olivia Hobby – Cadet Tour

Congratulations to Olivia Hobby for making the next Australian Team Selection for Cadet European Tour 26th February to 11th March 2020. The National Coaching Group has completed selection for the Feb/March 2020 Cadet European Tour.

This tour is made up of the following events:
• Cadet European Cup – Antalya, Turkey, 29 February – 1 March 2020
• Cadet International Training Camp – Antalya, Turkey, 2 – 4 March 2020
• Cadet European Cup – Zagreb, Croatia, 7 – 8 March 2020
• Cadet International Training Camp – Zagreb, Croatia, 9 – 11 March 2020

These events are IJF Ranking events with points allocated towards the IJF Cadet World Ranking, as well towards our own National Points Tables. They are very well attended, in some weight categories entries get up to 50+ athletes from all over Europe and other continents.
The biggest benefit for our athletes is in attending the training camp following these events where they can practice with many different international athletes within their own weight division.
Catia Maia and Gavin Kelly will be coaching the team at these events. Congratulations to all how have been selected to compete along side Olivia.
