Kata Master Class

Astrid Machulik (Rokudan, German Judo Federation) has once again made time in her busy schedule to instruct us in Adelaide in the finer points of the Kodokan kata of judo. The featured kata for this year are Katame-no-kata, Nage-no-kata, Kodokan Goshin jutsu and Kime-no-kata.
